  • Pricing&discounts
  • Key accounting and responsibility separation between sales managers f. KPIs of Sales Managers g. How to build forecast and pipeline h. What should be included in opportunities & leads?What transformations need to be done through all organization to track this activities in the system (C4C or CRM)

Требования:

Regarding C4C Sales customer expects from us not only technical implementation  but also business consulting in Sales process alignment and sales methodology preparation. I'm looking for an expert who can lead negotiation with customer from business perspective, optimize processes (for example key accounting etc), prepare methodological document for their sales processes that fits C4C solution.
Experience in big4, big3 might be benefit.
